The Role
This is not a “follow a script” sales job.
You’ll work directly with the Founder and Head of Sales to:
break into enterprise and mid-market accounts
learn consultative, insight-led selling
build the sales motion from the ground up
If you want to become a strong Account Executive or Sales Leader in SaaS / PaaS, this role is a fast track.
What You’ll Do
Prospecting & Outreach
Research target accounts (IT, CIO, Procurement, FinOps leaders)
Run outbound via email, LinkedIn, calls
Craft personalized, high-signal outreach (not spam)
Discovery & Sales Conversations
Qualify inbound and outbound leads
Join discovery and demo calls with senior team members
Learn how to uncover pain around software sprawl, wastage, risk, and ROI
Deal Support & Closure
Own early-stage deals (SMB / mid-market)
Support enterprise deal cycles
Help move deals from first call → demo → pilot → close
Sales Ops & Learning
Maintain clean CRM hygiene
Track objections, patterns, and feedback from prospects
Continuously improve pitch, messaging, and ICP clarity
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
0–2 years experience (sales, consulting, SaaS, or high-intent fresher)
Strong written and verbal communication
Curiosity about SaaS, AI, enterprise tech
Comfort with rejection and learning fast
High ownership mindset
Nice-to-Haves (Not Mandatory)
B2B SaaS exposure
Cold outreach or lead generation experience
Understanding of IT, SaaS tools, or enterprise buying
