What you will be doing in this role
leading business conversations with clients (including executive-level stakeholders),
getting to the root of business problems, not just their symptoms,
combining data, processes, and context into clear recommendations,
structuring discussions and turning them into concrete actions,
spotting opportunities for next steps and translating them into decisions,
supporting sales conversations with real insights,
working closely with PMs and the Tech Lead to keep decisions meaningful and delivery on track.
We’re looking for someone who
is confident, energetic, and proactive,
prefers action over endless analysis,
communicates fluently in Polish and English,
has worked in complex project environments (multiple parallel projects, with clients expecting a partner, not just an executor),
feels comfortable in business conversations and isn’t afraid to take a stance,
makes decisions quickly and takes responsibility for them,
thinks in business and process terms (practically, without unnecessary theory),
can turn a conversation into a clear recommendation,
understands the sales context of client conversations and navigates it naturally,
can reason sensible solutions.
