## About the Role

PrimeIT is looking for a Senior FinOps professional to support cloud financial management across an international project in a hybrid Lisbon-based setup. The role is focused on helping manage cloud spend through analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.

You will work with cloud billing and pricing models across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud, with a strong emphasis on financial reporting and data analysis. The position also requires close work with cloud cost management tooling and finance-related processes that support better visibility and control over cloud expenditure.

This opportunity is suited to someone who can combine FinOps knowledge with strong analytical and reporting skills, and who is comfortable working in an international environment.

## Key Responsibilities

– Support cloud financial analysis and cost management activities
– Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
– Analyze cloud spend to identify optimization opportunities
– Work with cloud billing and pricing models across major cloud providers
– Use cloud cost management tools to support financial insight and control
– Apply advanced Excel and Power BI skills to reporting and analysis
– Support processes related to IT asset management, cost accounting, or product finance

## Required Skills

– Proven experience in FinOps, Cloud Cost Management, or Cloud Financial Analysis
– Knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud billing models and pricing structures
– Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization, and financial reporting
– Experience with cloud cost management tools, preferably IBM Cloudability
– Advanced Excel skills
– Proficiency in Power BI
– Strong data analysis skills
– Knowledge of IT Asset Management (ITAM), Cost Accounting, or Product Finance processes
– Fluency in English
