## About the Role

As a Financial Analyst on the Technology Finance Team, you will play a critical role in managing DaVita’s approximately $600M Technology budget. This position aims to provide strategic business insights to executives on key operational elements while collaborating closely with management to address the immediate and future needs of various business units. Your efforts will significantly impact financial planning, budgeting, and analysis related to DaVita’s Technology operations, which includes initiatives involving AI, software, and in-house development.

You will have the chance to lead and manage various projects, enhance financial processes, and present key performance metrics to senior stakeholders. The team is committed to supporting technology investment processes and evaluating potential opportunities alongside senior Technology leaders, promoting both financial performance and strategic growth.

## Key Responsibilities

– Conduct detailed quantitative analyses, including financial, statistical, and forecasting methodologies.
– Coordinate the monthly reporting process for DaVita’s corporate Technology function.
– Engage with multiple stakeholders to manage and analyze investment requests.
– Communicate complex business problems clearly, prioritizing critical information and actions.
– Provide management support on reporting, special projects, and company initiatives.
– Foster a team environment emphasizing trust, learning, and multi-directional feedback.
– Collaborate with corporate finance teams to manage enterprise G&A and CapEx, driving results and sustaining credibility.
– Engage directly with senior leadership across various business units.
