# Job Title: Corporate FP&A Analyst
## About the Role
As a Corporate FP&A Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing and analyzing budgets and forecasts for the organization. Reporting to the Corporate FP&A Manager, your primary responsibility will involve collaborating with various subsidiaries to ensure adherence to group financial standards, while also maintaining the accuracy and timely reporting of financial data.
In this role, you will coordinate financial performance indicators and conduct scenario simulations to inform decision-making at the management level. You will also focus on developing predictive analysis tools, leveraging AI technologies to enhance efficiency in data-driven decision-making, thereby contributing to the long-term financial health of the company.
## Key Responsibilities
– Oversee the business’s predictive analysis processes.
– Organize budget and forecasting campaigns.
– Coordinate and monitor management indicators across the company.
– Analyze budget changes and indicators for internal presentations to management and auditors.
– Define and propose indicators for economic and financial tracking.
– Manage monthly, quarterly, semester, and annual financial closes and reviews.
– Develop predictive analysis tools using AI to improve decision-making.
– Automate repetitive tasks to enhance efficiency.
– Conduct scenario simulations to refine management decisions.
– Ensure effective dissemination of financial information throughout the organization.
## Required Skills
– Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field (BAC + 5).
– A minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in auditing and/or financial management within the retail sector.
– Strong analytical skills with knowledge of accounting standards and financial planning principles.
– Proven ability to work independently with complex financial data.
– Excellent decision-making and change management abilities.
– Strong communication skills to build trust with operational staff and management.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
– Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
## Preferred Skills
– Understanding of AI technologies, including basic machine learning and data analysis principles.
– Familiarity with data governance principles.
## Language Skills
– Fluent English is essential, with daily written and verbal communication required.
