# Financial Controller – Transformation

## About the Role
As a Financial Controller for Transformation at Air Liquide Healthcare, you will play a vital role in securing the financial performance of key transformation projects while modeling new growth and acquisition opportunities. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the financial execution of optimization initiatives and constructing business plans for potential acquisitions or the launch of innovative services.

In this position, you will engage with project and strategic teams, providing quantitative insights that support decision-making and promote value creation. Your role is pivotal to the successful deployment of transformation projects within Home Healthcare in France, ensuring financial reliability and performance from inception through implementation.

## Key Responsibilities
– Manage the financial performance of ongoing transformation projects (e.g., Ergon, Real Estate), ensuring robust analysis and tracking.
– Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare impactful summaries for steering committees.
– Ensure financial coherence across the project portfolio, avoiding redundancy in gains and costs.
– Collaborate with Strategy and Public Affairs teams to model various evolution scenarios, optimizing and enhancing service efficiency.
– Develop agile and complex business plans for new development projects, including organic growth and acquisitions.
– Assess the viability and profitability of new opportunities, such as medical device distribution and new service offerings, to inform investment decisions.
– Serve as the financial reference for innovation, providing a structured and critical analysis during the exploration and testing of new business models.

## Required Skills
– 5 to 7 years of confirmed experience in financial controlling and finance, with significant exposure to project management or transformation environments.
– Expertise in financial modeling and constructing complex business cases/business plans.
– Ability to translate strategic concepts into reliable financial models.
– Strategic vision paired with attention to detail.
– Influential leadership with excellent communication skills to engage high-level stakeholders across various functions.
– Situational intelligence to navigate a complex matrix environment with resilience and proactivity.
