## About the Role
As an FP&A Senior Analyst at Falabella Technology Corporativo, you will play a vital role in overseeing budget control, forecasting, financial analysis, and cost management for the organization. You’ll collaborate closely with technical teams and business units to maintain the integrity of the financial cycle from annual planning to monthly reporting.

The primary mission of this role is to manage financial planning processes, budget consolidation, and financial reporting, ensuring that resources are efficiently allocated and costs are monitored. Your insights will drive business decisions by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

## Key Responsibilities
– Participate in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
– Consolidate and monitor the budget, identifying deviations and improvement opportunities.
– Oversee headcount management, ensuring accurate cost projections and controls.
– Manage the consolidation of cost drivers, ensuring proper allocation to business units.
– Develop executive presentations and financial reports for key stakeholders.
– Conduct financial analyses related to technology projects, assessing costs and optimization opportunities.
– Support the comprehensive financial management of the IT division to achieve financial and operational goals.
– Collaborate with technical and business teams to maintain financial cycle integrity.
– Generate relevant analysis and information to facilitate decision-making.

## Required Skills
– Bachelor’s degree in Control Engineering, Civil Industrial Engineering, or Commercial Engineering.
– 2 to 4 years of experience in financial planning.
– Proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, Python, and SAP.
