Your financial models will support critical decisions regarding pricing and resource allocation, while your collaboration with cross-functional teams will ensure alignment between financial objectives and operational execution.

## Key Responsibilities
– Act as a strategic business partner to operations, translating financial data into actionable insights.
– Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis focused on operational performance.
– Build and refine financial models to aid in pricing, resource allocation, and margin optimization.

## Required Skills
– Several years of experience in FP&A, operational finance, or a hybrid role.
– Strong technical finance and business acumen.
– Advanced Excel skills, with experience in Power BI, Tableau, or ERP systems.
– Proficient in working with large data sets and developing financial models.
– Excellent communication skills, able to present data clearly and persuasively.
