## About the Role
As a Regional Operational Controller for MediaMarkt Belgium, you will play a critical role in enhancing the operational and financial performance of the organization. This position involves working closely with Regional Directors and Store Managers to provide insights into store performance within your assigned region, which may include a focus on the French-speaking area.

Your expertise will combine financial analysis with operational insights to transform data into actionable improvement initiatives. By conducting thorough analyses and offering constructive recommendations, you will enable the organization to make informed decisions and achieve sustainable performance enhancements.

## Key Responsibilities
– **Performance & Operations**
– Monitor and enhance operational KPIs within your region.
– Identify improvement opportunities and manage optimization projects.
– Ensure consistent execution of processes across stores.

– **Financial Control & Analysis**
– Analyze revenue, costs, margins, and profitability.
– Support budget preparation, forecasting, and performance management.
– Translate data into actionable plans and improvement initiatives.

– **Reporting & Advisory**
– Prepare management reports and analyses.
– Identify trends, risks, and commercial opportunities.
– Advise management based on data-driven insights.

– **Governance & Compliance**
– Oversee internal controls, processes, and compliance.
– Conduct audits and follow up on improvement actions.

– **Business Partnering**
– Act as a partner to Regional Directors and CCOs.
– Challenge and support management teams to enhance performance.
– Actively contribute to regional performance reviews and decision-making processes.
