# FP&A Manager

## About the Role
We are looking for a skilled FP&A Manager to steer planning, consolidation, and analytical tasks across our global entities, focusing on the technology and gaming sectors. This position involves close collaboration with the Accounting Manager and local accountants to provide precise financial insights, develop scalable dashboards, and ensure timely management reporting.

In this role, you will oversee the budgeting process, prepare monthly rolling forecasts, conduct variance analyses, and develop key financial metrics that impact business performance and strategic decisions. Your ability to construct finance dashboards from scratch using BI tools is essential, and you will play a pivotal part in conducting margin and cost efficiency analyses for various products and services.

## Key Responsibilities
– Collaborate with the Accounting Manager and global accounting teams for accurate financial data consolidation and reporting.
– Design, develop, and maintain interactive finance dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Redash) for actionable insights.
– Lead the monthly management consolidation process, including data gathering, reconciliation, and validation.
– Own the budgeting process and rolling forecasts, including scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.
– Prepare monthly variance reports (budget vs. actual, forecast vs. actual), elucidating drivers and recommending actions.
– Develop and monitor performance metrics and KPIs to support management decisions.
– Conduct regular margin analyses by product/service line, providing recommendations to enhance profitability.
– Analyze costs by cost center and propose cost optimization initiatives.
– Establish and maintain a global cost center structure aligned with organizational strategy and financial reporting needs.
– Conduct financial analyses for strategic initiatives and capital allocation, especially in technology and gaming projects.
– Improve financial processes and controls, implementing best practices in data governance and automation.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, Country Controllers) for data collection and assumption validation.
– Prepare month-end close support materials, management packs, and board reports.
– Mentor junior FP&A staff and develop training materials for reporting and analytics.
– Stay informed on industry trends in technology, gaming, and FP&A best practices to identify process improvements.

## Required Skills
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CMA/CPA preferred.
– 8+ years of experience in FP&A, budgeting, and consolidation; experience in a multinational environment is advantageous.
– Experience in the technology or gaming sector, with knowledge of product development and revenue models.
– Proficient in building finance dashboards and robust data visualization with BI tools.
– Strong ability to read, interpret, and analyze financial statements and management reports.
– Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and scenario planning.
– Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and consolidation software.
– Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across global teams.
– Detail-oriented self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
– Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

## Preferred Skills
– Experience implementing or optimizing FP&A processes in technology or gaming contexts.
– Familiarity with financial metrics related to technology and gaming, such as ARPU and lifetime value in subscription models.
– Experience with monthly close processes and management reporting in multinational settings.
