## About the Role
We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic team at Kaltura. This role is critical in collaborating with the Principal Financial Officer and the head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to enhance company-wide financial planning and business performance. The Finance Business Partner will engage with various departments to provide insights that drive financial strategy and operational efficiency.

## Key Responsibilities
– Collaborate closely with the FP&A team to develop and maintain financial models that support strategic initiatives.
– Analyze financial performance and recommend actionable insights to optimize business results.
– Participate in the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company objectives.
– Provide financial analysis to support business cases and investment decisions.
– Present findings and recommendations to senior management, fostering data-driven decision-making.
## Required Skills
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Proven experience in financial planning and analysis.
## Preferred Skills
– MBA is an advantage.
– Familiarity with industry-specific financial metrics and benchmarks.
