## About the Role

We are seeking an Analyst of Planning and Control who possesses strong analytical skills, organizational abilities, and operational expertise. This role is designed to manage large volumes of data, excel spreadsheets, and financial controls. The primary objective is to ensure the accuracy of financial information and provide support in financial and budgetary planning processes.

The Analyst will collaborate with various teams to maintain financial data integrity, oversee accounts payable and receivable, and assist in cash flow management. This position will significantly contribute to decision-making through detailed financial analysis and reporting.

## Key Responsibilities

– Manipulate, consolidate, and analyze large datasets using Excel.
– Create and update financial and managerial control spreadsheets.
– Cross-check, verify, and validate information from multiple sources.
– Manage and track accounts payable and receivable.
– Support cash flow control and monitoring.
– Develop, update, and analyze the Income Statement (DRE).
– Monitor revenues, expenses, costs, and results.
– Perform variance analysis between actual and planned figures.
– Assist in financial and budgetary planning processes.
– Conduct financial reconciliations and information checks.
– Create reports, controls, and indicators for management oversight.
– Support monthly closing and controller routines.
– Ensure the organization, updating, and reliability of data sources and controls.
– Identify inconsistencies and propose improvements and automation in processes.

## Required Skills

– Proficiency in advanced Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, pivot tables, and data management.
– Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable.
– Understanding of cash flow management.
– Familiarity with Income Statement (DRE).
– Experience in managing costs and expenses.
– Skills in financial reconciliation and control.
– Ability to analyze financial and managerial indicators.
– Knowledge of planning and budget control.
– Experience with large data manipulation and analysis.

## Preferred Skills

– Familiarity with Power Query and Power BI.
– Knowledge of ERP systems and process automation.
