## About the Role
The Business Strategy Division at Rakuten Mobile is focused on enhancing corporate clients’ experiences by providing solutions to streamline operations and promote digital transformation. ## Key Responsibilities
– Manage procurement and payment operations.
– Conduct monthly expense accounting.
– Develop and manage departmental expenses and budgets.
– Oversee weekly and monthly PL forecasting.
– Analyze performance data to identify issues and propose improvements.
– Collaborate with other departments, including Procurement and Accounting, for effective communication.
– Create output materials using PowerPoint and Excel in both Japanese and English.

## Required Skills
– **Professional Experience:** Minimum of three years in administrative management roles.
– **Technical Skills:** Proficient in basic PC operations and relevant business processing.
– **Task Management:** Ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring timely progress.
– **Team Collaboration:** Strong skills in teamwork and communication with various departments.
– **Language Proficiency:** TOEIC score of 600 or higher (or equivalent qualification).

## Preferred Skills
– Basic knowledge of accounting and finance.
– Experience in accounting practices, management accounting, or within the telecommunications sector.
– Expertise in meeting deadlines while managing project progress.
– Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to conduct bottleneck analysis.
– Ability to identify areas for improvement and apply logical reasoning in communication.
– Proficiency in creating output materials using PowerPoint and Excel.
