# Job Title: Pleno Operations Analyst
## About the Role
The Pleno Operations Analyst will serve as a key focal point in the organization, responsible for managing administrative and operational processes. This position ensures budget control and oversees various requests and demands from supporting departments. The ideal candidate will be analytical, organized, proactive, and possess a strong sense of ownership, working effectively with data, budget indicators, and multiple stakeholders.
The role requires continuous monitoring and reporting on budget performance, aiding leadership with analysis and executive reports. Collaboration across departments is essential to identify process improvements, support team inventory management, and streamline operational workflows.
## Key Responsibilities
– Oversee budget tracking (Budget vs. Actual), including monitoring actual spending, provisions, and variations.
– Update and manage Power BI dashboards related to budget and departmental indicators.
– Conduct reconciliation between product/service consumption and invoices.
– Monitor cost centers, CAPEX/OPEX, and financial approval processes.
– Manage team inventory and access controls.
– Initiate, track, and follow up on requests with IT, Purchasing, Finance, and other support areas.
– Support equipment acquisition and logistics for services.
– Periodically consolidate and report on the status of administrative and operational tasks.
– Identify process deviations, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
– Assist leadership with analysis, indicators, and executive reports.
## Required Skills
– Advanced Excel proficiency.
– Power BI experience, including data manipulation and dashboard maintenance.
– Background in Budget Management and Financial Management processes.
– Experience with administrative and operational procedures.
## Preferred Skills
– SQL knowledge.
– Familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, or similar ITSM tools.
– Experience with Financial ERP systems.
– Understanding of procurement and supply chain management.
– Knowledge in accounts payable and invoice reconciliation.
– Experience with SharePoint, Teams, and Planner.
– Familiarity with IT infrastructure and access management.
– Background in Finance or Consortium sectors.
– Postgraduate education in Project Management/PMO, BI, Data Analytics, Lean, or Six Sigma.
