# Job Title: Finance Operations Specialist (Japan & China Subsidiaries)

## About the Role
As a Finance Operations Specialist within KRAFTON’s Global Finance team, you will oversee the financial operations of our subsidiaries in Japan and China. Your primary role involves monitoring and analyzing these financial operations, as well as preparing reports to assist executive decision-making. This position supports the establishment of financial analysis and management indicators necessary for informed decision-making, particularly following acquisitions. By collaborating with local teams, you will contribute to the standardization of global financial processes and ensure the successful integration of new subsidiaries.

The mission of this role is to enhance financial transparency and operational efficiency, ultimately supporting KRAFTON’s global growth and synergies through informed financial management and analysis.

## Key Responsibilities
– Monitor and analyze financial operations for the Japan subsidiary.
– Prepare monthly financial performance reports and support for executive decision-making.
– Standardize financial processes for newly acquired subsidiaries.
– Collaborate with local teams to address financial operation improvement initiatives.
– Respond to financial issues related to Post Merger Integration (PMI).

## Required Skills
– A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A.
– Strong ability to analyze financial statements.
– Proficient in business Japanese for effective collaboration with global teams.
– Ability to structure complex financial data and derive insights for decision-making.
– Proficient in office tools.
– Availability for international travel without restrictions.

## Preferred Skills
– Degree in accounting or management-related fields; possession of CPA or similar certifications.
– Experience in financial management for overseas subsidiaries or global businesses.
– Understanding of the gaming, advertising, or animation industries.
– Experience with PMI projects.
– Familiarity with ERP and BI tools, alongside experience in process optimization using AI.
