You will collaborate closely with the finance team, founders, and external partners, ensuring transparency in our financial reporting and strategic decision-making processes. Your analytical skills will directly contribute to the success of our products and services, enhancing our overall business performance.

As a Finance Specialist, you will assist in establishing and improving our financial structures and processes, focusing on performance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Your insights will help shape our financial strategies, ensuring we remain agile and data-driven in a competitive marketplace.

## Key Responsibilities
– **Controlling & Reporting:**
– Develop and enhance regular finance reports to track key performance indicators.

– **Planning & Forecasting:**
– Participate in budget planning, forecasts, and liquidity management to proactively guide financial development.

– **Performance Analysis:**
– Analyze revenue, costs, margins, and profitability to identify opportunities and deviations.

– **E-Commerce & Product Controlling:**
– Monitor product and channel profitability, providing data-driven recommendations for assortment, pricing, and margins.

– **Process Optimization:**
– Continuously improve and automate finance processes and data structures for scalable growth.

– **Finance Operations:**
– Assist with ongoing finance topics, collaborating with accounting and external partners.

– **Accounting:**
– Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping and work closely with tax advisors.

– **Business Cases:**
– Prepare analyses and decision-making frameworks for new products, investments, and strategic initiatives.

– **Sparring:**
– Work closely with founders to present data clearly, supporting strategic decision-making.

## Required Skills
– **Education:** Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
– **Experience:** Prior experience in E-Commerce or a dynamic finance environment.
– **Knowledge:** Strong understanding of controlling, cash flow, and accounting principles.
– **Analytical Skills:** Data-driven, structured, and efficient approach to problem-solving.
– **Language Skills:** Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
