## About the Role

Swiss Army Cyber Command is seeking a finance and controlling professional to shape and manage financial, controlling and sourcing processes within the ICT and cyber environment.

In this role, you will prepare management analyses, performance indicators and reports, while developing the tools required for financial and ICT planning and controlling. You will also monitor ICT projects and investments in terms of objectives, cost-effectiveness, deviations and forecast benefits.

The position contributes to the financial development of Cyber Command by identifying optimisation opportunities and advancing strategic finance and controlling topics. You will work with complex data and prepare clear, decision-relevant information for management.

## Key Responsibilities

– Design, manage and optimise finance, controlling and sourcing processes in the ICT and cyber environment.
– Prepare analyses, KPIs, reports and decision-making materials for management.
– Develop and continuously improve tools for financial and ICT planning and controlling.
– Monitor ICT projects and investments regarding:
– Achievement of objectives
– Economic efficiency
– Deviations
– Forecast benefits
– Identify optimisation opportunities and advance strategic finance and controlling initiatives.
– Contribute to the financial development of Swiss Army Cyber Command.

## Required Skills

– University of Applied Sciences or university degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Business Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics or a comparable discipline.
– Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in an ICT or technology environment.
– Strong expertise in analysing and interpreting complex data.
– Ability to identify relationships and derive well-founded forecasts, scenarios and decision-making materials.
– Strong quantitative and analytical thinking.
– Sound knowledge of mathematics, statistics and probability theory.
– Ability to model complex situations, assess risks and uncertainties, and communicate quantitative findings clearly to management.
– Very good knowledge of Excel and Power BI.
– Practical knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
– Good active knowledge of at least one additional official language of Switzerland.
