## About the Role
You will join the Central Operational Management Control team within the Travel Retail division, working on a global scope. The role acts as a business partner to IT leadership and Corporate teams, with a strong focus on controlling and optimizing IT expenditure.
The position combines recurring financial closing activities, budget management, reporting, and cross-functional project work. Its purpose is to improve visibility on IT spend, support investment decisions, and help align financial priorities with IT needs.
## Key Responsibilities
– Prepare monthly closes, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting.
– Analyze monthly variances and monitor performance against objectives.
– Contribute to budgeting cycles by building, updating, and challenging assumptions.
– Review budget variances and support corrective action plans.
– Track IT budgets across OPEX and CAPEX.
– Separate run costs from project spend and monitor budget consumption.
– Support process improvement and the rollout of financial tracking and reporting tools.
– Take part in cross-functional projects across the Group.
## Required Skills
– Master’s-level education (Bac+5) in finance or management control.
– At least 5 years of experience in an IT-related environment.
– Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
– Comfort working with information systems, including SAP, BW, BPC, Magnitude, and Power BI.
– Professional English, both written and spoken.
– Rigour, reliability, business acumen, and a proactive mindset.
