## About the Role

As a Senior Consultant in Anglepoint’s Flexera practice, you will support large enterprise clients in getting measurable value from their Flexera investment. The role is focused on turning platform insights into practical recommendations that improve software, SaaS, and cloud outcomes.

You will work within the Technology and Program Transformation line of business, partnering with software licensing subject matter experts, global delivery teams, and Client Success managers. The position requires strong client-facing leadership, particularly when engaging senior stakeholders and guiding them from analysis to action.

This role also contributes to Anglepoint’s AI-enabled delivery approach. You will help identify opportunities where automation can reduce manual effort and improve service scalability.

## Key Responsibilities

– Lead complex Flexera workstreams across multiple enterprise clients, managing timelines, quality, and delivery outcomes.
– Advise clients on Flexera strategy, SAM program maturity, and value realization.
– Translate platform data into optimization recommendations with clear ROI.
– Present findings, recommendations, and program updates to VP- and C-level stakeholders.
– Maintain quality assurance standards and support analyst-level team members.
– Develop reusable delivery frameworks, SOPs, and playbooks for the Flexera practice.
– Contribute AI and automation use cases to the Data Intelligence / Automation Hub.
– Lead workshops, maturity assessments, and client engagements focused on prioritized actions with financial and operational impact.
– Advise on optimization across software licensing, SaaS, and cloud cost management.
– Deliver client-ready outputs across Flexera modules and related cloud capabilities.
– Improve entitlement onboarding and advanced license configuration processes, including where AI can be applied.
– Work with Client Success to align delivery outcomes with customer business goals.

## Required Skills

– 4+ years of experience in ITAM/SAM consulting or managed services.
– Significant hands-on experience with Flexera in enterprise environments.
– Experience with Flexera implementation, optimization, and operational delivery.
– Experience with entitlement modelling, data normalization, and health monitoring.
– Active Flexera Certified IT Asset Management Operator or Certified IT Asset Management (Snow Atlas) certification.
– Strong understanding of software licensing, including interpreting complex publisher agreements.
– Experience influencing senior stakeholders, including VP-level and above.
– Track record leading value realization activities such as optimization workshops and maturity assessments.
– Experience improving operational delivery, including entitlement onboarding, license configuration, and process optimization.
– Exposure to scripting, workflow tools, or AI-assisted solutions for delivery efficiency.
– Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical detail for business audiences.
– Ability to work independently across time zones while staying aligned with global delivery teams.

## Preferred Skills

– Experience with broader Flexera capabilities, including SaaS management, IT Visibility, and cloud cost optimization.
– Familiarity with FinOps practices, cloud cost management, or SaaS management in ITAM program delivery.
– Background in SAM managed services, especially with Gartner Magic Quadrant providers.
– Certified SAM (CSAM) or IAITAM certification, including CSAM, CITAM, or CHAMP.
– Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
