## About the Role
Within the Digital & Guest Experience Tribe, the Feature Team builds data products that support the Digital Experience and Content teams. These solutions are used to monitor website and app performance, including user journey and conversion analysis, and to score hotel listings on the ALL website based on factors such as information completeness and image relevance.
Reporting to the Data Engineering Director, you will co-lead the Digital Experience Feature Team with the Product Owner and help drive delivery across technical, product, and operational topics. The role also includes supporting current priorities such as enhancements to the Content Scorecard initiative, improving team resilience, and reviewing the technical landscape to identify opportunities for debt reduction, efficiency gains, and financial optimisation.
## Key Responsibilities
– Co-lead the Feature Team, including facilitation, planning, prioritisation, and day-to-day team coordination.
– Build a close working relationship with the Product Owner.
– Supervise 4 external Data Engineers, including individual follow-up and coordination with service providers.
– Scope new initiatives, break work into deliverable chunks, and provide high-level estimates.
– Guide technical and modelling decisions in line with Accor standards, including Snowflake urbanisation and architectural patterns.
– Deliver Analytics and AI data products to agreed quality and schedule commitments.
– Promote and apply best practices across development, DevOps, quality, FinOps, and related delivery processes.
– Manage incident communication and resolution, and escalate risks or issues when needed.
– Help spread skills and product knowledge across the team to reduce single-person dependency.
– Work with the AI team on Content Scorecard improvements, including homepage scoring and score updates.
– Audit existing data products and propose a roadmap covering technical debt reduction, efficiency improvements, financial optimisation, and new feature exploration.
– Take part in events organised at Data or Engineering level.
## Required Skills
– Significant experience in data engineering and team management.
– Strong knowledge of Snowflake and analytical/BI modelling.
– Experience with Astronomer/Airflow and dbt.
– Strong SQL and Python skills.
– Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools such as Power BI or Looker.
– Ability to use AI and GenAI tools and platforms to improve delivery, automate data engineering tasks, and support CI/CD optimisation.
– Strong product mindset with a pragmatic and flexible Agile approach.
– Leadership skills with the ability to evolve team practices such as peer review, testing, run management, and FinOps.
– Ability to estimate, plan, and track work across one or more projects.
– Experience handling demanding stakeholders.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English; fluency in both is required.

## FinOps Responsibilities
– Apply FinOps as part of day-to-day development and delivery practices.
– Review existing data products and infrastructure to identify opportunities for financial optimisation.
– Support the team’s audit work by contributing to plans for efficiency improvements alongside technical debt reduction.
– Consider financial impact when scoping and estimating new work.
