## About the Role
The Procurement Manager will lead strategic sourcing and procurement operations at Newfold Digital to improve cost efficiency, quality, and overall operational effectiveness.
This role oversees the full procurement lifecycle, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, contract lifecycle management, and procurement reporting. It also manages procurement staff across the United States, APAC, and LATAM.
The position works closely with Finance, Legal, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable value through vendor management, data-driven decisions, and improved procurement processes. The target annual compensation range for this role is $125,000–$135,000.
## Key Responsibilities
– Lead sourcing and procurement activities across multiple spend categories.
– Negotiate pricing, contract terms, service levels, and renewal terms with vendors.
– Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships focused on pricing, service quality, and value.
– Identify opportunities for cost savings, supplier consolidation, and procurement efficiency.
– Maintain the procurement system of record and accurate contract documentation.
– Lead quarterly business reviews with suppliers and stakeholders.
– Manage procurement staff across the United States, APAC, and LATAM.
– Provide coaching, performance management, and workload coordination for the team.
– Ensure consistent procurement standards and policies across all locations.
– Oversee contract creation, negotiation, execution, and renewals.
– Use CLM systems to track vendor agreements, obligations, and renewal timelines.
– Partner with Legal and Finance to ensure contracts meet regulatory, compliance, and financial requirements.
– Manage procurement platforms and tools used for sourcing, vendor management, and contract tracking.
– Support automation, AI adoption, and advanced analytics within procurement.
– Improve procurement workflows through system enhancements and process optimization.
– Develop and maintain procurement dashboards, KPIs, operational reports, and spend analytics.
– Provide leadership with insights to support vendor strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and vendor planning.
– Partner with Finance, IT, Legal, and operational teams to align procurement activity with business priorities.
## Required Skills
– 7+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management.
– 3+ years of team management experience, preferably across multiple regions.
– Experience negotiating complex vendor contracts.
– Experience using CLM systems and procurement tools.
– Experience building dashboards, procurement reports, and spend analytics.
– Experience using AI to build, analyze, and predict.
– Experience working with IT suppliers and software publishers, including software licensing, SaaS subscriptions, cloud services, renewals, and enterprise technology agreements.
– Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management skills.
– Understanding of cloud pricing models and FinOps concepts.
– Software licensing expertise.
– Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and compliance requirements.
– Knowledge of procurement processes, contract structures, and sourcing strategies.
– Experience with procurement reporting tools and data analysis.
– Ability to manage distributed teams across global locations.
– Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
– Process improvement and operational optimization mindset.

– Experience with global procurement teams, including offshore operations such as India.

– Familiarity with enterprise procurement platforms such as ServiceNow and Workday.
– Experience with the Workday Strategic Sourcing module.
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
– Professional certifications in Value Chain Management or PMP.

– Use spend analytics and reporting to improve visibility into technology-related spend.
