# Technology Financial Manager
## About the Role
This position is focused on IT financial management, with responsibility for budgets, forecasts, cost control, vendor administration, contracts, and technology procurement. It is intended for a professional with strong FinOps or IT financial management experience and the ability to work with financial systems and reporting tools.
The role is based in Reforma, Mexico City, with a hybrid schedule of 2 days working from home and 3 days in the office. It also includes an indefinite-term contract structure with a 3-month probation period.
## Key Responsibilities
– Manage IT budgets, forecasts, and cost control.
– Handle vendor management, contracts, and supplier coordination.
– Oversee IT purchase orders, license management, and procurement processes.
– Perform financial analysis using Excel and Power BI.
– Work with financial ERP systems to support IT financial operations.
## Required Skills
– Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree, completed or in progress.
– 5+ years of experience in IT Financial Management or FinOps.
– Intermediate to advanced conversational English (B2, C1, or C2).
– Experience in budget management, forecasting, and IT cost control.
– Experience in vendor management, contracts, and supplier administration.
– Advanced Excel and Power BI skills for financial analysis.
– Experience with SAP, Oracle Financials, or a similar financial ERP system.
– Knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, and/or the FinOps Framework.
– Experience managing purchase orders, licenses, and IT procurement processes.

## FinOps Responsibilities
– Manage IT budgets and forecasts.

– Handle vendor management and contract administration for IT spend.
