## About the Role
The IT Financial Analyst supports IT budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and expenditure controls. The role exists to help ensure accurate reporting, disciplined spend management, and funding support for capital projects.
This position works across IT, Accounting, Procurement, and vendor teams to manage planning, review spending, and provide budget guidance. It also supports procurement workflows and budget automation systems, with a focus on improving visibility into technology costs.
## Key Responsibilities
– Manage IT budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
– Monitor expenditures, review invoices, purchase orders, and budget allocations.
– Perform variance analysis and maintain financial controls.
– Support annual budget planning and capital project funding.
– Partner with IT managers, Accounting, Procurement, and vendors on financial planning and cost management.
– Prepare financial reports and budget recommendations.
– Support procurement processes and budget automation systems.
## Required Skills
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
– 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or IT budgeting.
– Experience with IT budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and expenditure controls.
– Knowledge of CAPEX/OPEX budgeting and variance analysis.
– Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
– Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

– Collaborate with IT, Accounting, Procurement, and vendors on financial planning and cost management.
