## About the Role
The Finance Manager (FP&A) role sits within Toss Securities’ Finance Division alongside Accounting, Treasury, and Tax. It works closely with affiliate finance teams, Product Owners, Data Analysts, and the Strategy team to support business decision-making.
The position focuses on financial planning, budget management, performance analysis, and reporting. You will help build quarterly and annual plans, analyze results against budget, and turn business and departmental activity into actionable financial insight.
The role also supports overseas subsidiaries and international business activities from an early stage, including data collection, headquarters reporting, and system/report validation as overseas FinOps processes are established. The wider Finance team includes members with 5 to 15 years of experience across finance, securities, trading, and commerce.
## Key Responsibilities
– Support quarterly and annual financial planning by collecting and analyzing data.
– Perform variance analysis to identify drivers and improvement actions.
– Analyze business and departmental KPIs and expense flows, then prepare reports.
– Collect and consolidate budget requests and operate the budgeting process.
– Monitor annual and quarterly operating budgets, including labor costs.
– Review major expense items such as marketing, outsourcing, and CAPEX for validity and trends.
– Enter and validate data in budget systems such as ERP, and support automated reporting.
– Manage FP&A data flows accurately, including intercompany transactions and cost allocation.
– Provide KPI analysis and budget usage details to product and marketing teams.
– Prepare quantitative financial materials for spending plans and new initiatives.
– Support short-term business proposals with profit and loss estimates and scenario analysis.
– Assist with data collection and reporting for overseas subsidiaries and business operations.
– Consolidate subsidiary performance data into materials for headquarters reporting.
– Participate in testing and validation of systems and reports for overseas FinOps setup.
## Required Skills
– 3 to under 10 years of relevant experience in FP&A, business planning, strategic finance, or investment analysis.
– Advanced financial modeling and scenario-based decision design skills.
– Strong communication and coordination skills, including the ability to work effectively with C-level stakeholders and overseas teams.
– Strong foundational knowledge of finance, accounting, and tax, including IFRS and K-GAAP.

– Experience in fast-growing companies or fintech/tech startups.
– Experience operating global businesses or managing multinational subsidiaries.

– Experience with capital markets projects such as fundraising, IPO, or M&A.
– A bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA is a plus.
