## About the Role
This position leads a team of FinOps and Disputes specialists responsible for delivering accurate invoicing, including internal customers/ICBs, and timely soft and hard job closure across end-to-end Lead Logistics services.
The role supports operational transformation through digital implementation, continuous improvement, and strong cross-functional collaboration. It is focused on maintaining service quality, resolving issues quickly, and ensuring team output aligns with customer needs and strategic priorities.
The position works closely with CX, CPMs, FPOs, and other GSC teams, as well as cross-functional customer teams, to deliver seamless service and shared accountability.
## Key Responsibilities
– Set clear goals and expectations to drive performance and accountability.
– Build a culture of ownership, excellence, and continuous development.
– Monitor team performance and provide coaching to support KPI delivery.
– Oversee FinOps operations and ensure service standards are met.
– Act as the escalation point for service issues and lead resolution with stakeholders.
– Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans to protect service delivery.
– Collaborate with CX, CPMs, FPOs, and other GSC teams.
– Participate in cross-functional customer teams to support alignment and shared accountability.
– Document, maintain, and govern area-level processes for FinOps products.
– Streamline downstream FinOps processes to support SCM and joint KPI delivery.
– Ensure consistent process execution across clients.
– Champion The Maersk Way principles in team behavior and decision-making.
## Required Skills
– Strong understanding of SCM operational and FinOps processes.
– Experience managing FinOps and Disputes operations.
– Proven ability to monitor and improve performance using health and operational metrics.
– Experience supporting L&D initiatives and applying learnings in operations.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Customer-centric mindset with a focus on service quality and accuracy.
– Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
– Ability to drive process standardization and continuous improvement.
– Solid understanding of SCM business operations.
– Accounting knowledge in job costing, including revenue recognition (RR logic).
– Understanding of cost management (GR/IR).
– Graduate of a 4-year bachelor’s degree.
– Amenable to work during Philippine holidays.
– Willing to work day shift and in a site-based arrangement.
