## About the Role
This position is responsible for the end-to-end execution of air export and import operations, with a focus on timely processing, accurate documentation, and dependable service delivery.
It also covers the financial operations side of air shipments, including order management, system updates, revenue and cost recognition, and customer invoicing. Accuracy in these areas is important to keep cargo moving smoothly and billing aligned with commercial terms.
The role works closely with CX, Operations, Finance, Area teams, Area Partners, and Ground Handlers. It also supports continuous improvement, consistent process discipline, and adherence to internal control requirements.
## Key Responsibilities
### Air Operations
– Manage export and import air shipments from booking through closure in line with global SOPs and SLAs.
– Check documentation, track cut-off times, and ensure shipment milestones are completed on schedule.
– Complete export and import manifesting and submit information accurately to the relevant authorities.
– Coordinate cargo readiness, delivery orders, and issue resolution to avoid delays and extra costs.
– Finalize documentation, handle exceptions, and close open operational tasks.
– Work with Area Partners, CX teams, and Ground Handlers to support smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
– Respond to customer queries and internal emails within agreed service levels.
### Air FinOps
– Create sales orders and purchase orders accurately and on time based on booking and cost inputs.
– Issue customer invoices in line with contracts, tariffs, and customer requirements.
– Keep contracts and rates updated in the system and applied correctly.
– Maintain SO–PO alignment, revenue recognition, and cost accruals in accordance with finance guidelines.
– Perform interface checks and reconciliations, and resolve system discrepancies across tools.
– Maintain trackers, dashboards, and control sheets to support accuracy and audit readiness.
– Manage billing exceptions and disputes promptly, with proper documentation.
### Process Control
– Support continuous improvement efforts.
– Maintain strong adherence to internal process design and control frameworks.
## Required Skills
– Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year program.
– Minimum 2 years of experience handling both operations and FinOps transactions/processes in shipping, forwarding, or supply chain industries.
– Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
– Above-average stakeholder management skills.
– Must be based in the Philippines.
– Open to a site-based work arrangement.
– Willing to work nights, with the earliest shift starting at 8:30 PM.
– Willing to work on weekends, rotating rest days, and local holidays.

– Create and maintain sales orders and purchase orders.

– Support revenue recognition and cost accrual processes.
– Perform system reconciliations and correct data discrepancies.
– Maintain reporting and control documents for audit compliance.
– Resolve billing exceptions and customer disputes.
