## About the Role
As Lead FinOps, you will help clients understand, control, and optimize cloud spending, with a particular focus on IaaS resources. Your role is also to define the organization, processes, and tools that make FinOps part of the daily operating model for technical teams.
You will work closely with client IT and finance stakeholders, as well as architects, to improve cost predictability while preserving the stability of technical environments. The position is client-facing and supports major CAC40 organizations in sectors such as aerospace, space, defense, security, and digital identity.
## Key Responsibilities
– Analyze cloud usage and implement cost optimization actions across cloud services, especially IaaS.
– Deploy and operate tools to track cost trends, detect anomalies, and compare actual spend with forecasts.
– Define and monitor budgets based on client needs, including accounts, projects, and cost centers.
– Partner with technical teams to design new services in the most cost-effective way and improve the efficiency of existing services.
– Work with finance teams on budgeting, forecasting, tagging, FinOps KPIs, SLA analysis, and reporting requirements.
– Help embed FinOps practices through the right operating model, processes, and tools.
## Required Skills
– Background as an infrastructure and automation consultant.
– Engineering degree or Master 2 in Computer Science/IT.
– First professional experience with Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, and Python.
– Solid knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and Kubernetes.
– Strong interpersonal skills, service orientation, and a focus on quality.
– Comfortable working in a team environment.
– Fluent in French and English.

– Interest in building a career in infrastructure automation and private or hybrid cloud environments.

## FinOps Responsibilities
– Optimize cloud costs, with emphasis on IaaS.
