What we’re looking for:
8+ years of experience as a Program Manager
Solid understanding of IT Production and Application Support environments, with hands-on knowledge of ITIL v4, SRE, DevOps, and FinOps frameworks applied to service stability and operational excellence
Practical knowledge of monitoring, observability, and automation tools such as Dynatrace, ServiceNow, Ansible, Grafana, and ELK Stack
Ability to bridge technology, process, and governance by coordinating cross-functional initiatives that improve service reliability and scalability
Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple concurrent workstreams aligned to IT resilience and continuous improvement goals
Master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
Fluency in English (B2/C1)
Nice to have:
Certifications such as ITIL v4, PMP, PRINCE2, SRE Foundation, or FinOps Certified Practitioner
Fluency in French (B2/C1)
Important:
This position follows a hybrid model — 2 days per week at the Lisbon office. Candidates must be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit.
