Job Description:
• Managing the project with responsibility for budget management in coordination with project managers and vendors.
• Performing budget control for complex technological projects.
• Formulating recommendations and executing an annual and strategic budget plan for the technological procurement domain.
• Managing the department’s budget, including planning, control, and monitoring of execution.
• Ongoing work with the Economics and Budget Department, the Ministry’s Finance Division, and the technological units within the department to identify trends of budget surplus or deficit.
• Formulating recommendations for budgetary, business, and technological strategies.
• Providing cloud cost management, governance, and optimization services for the organization’s infrastructure.
• Combining technological, financial, and business expertise to maximize the value derived from cloud investments.
• Preventing resource waste and promoting a culture of financial accountability among development and technology teams.

Job Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in managing IT and technology projects.
• Relevant education (mandatory); a degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting – advantage.
• Experience managing budgets exceeding ILS 500 million in large organizations.
• 3+ years of experience working with the SAP Merakava system in a financial model.
• Background in Cloud Economics and operations in accordance with Nimbus principles.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with an emphasis on Excel.
• Proven experience in vendor engagement and performing controls.
