Hiring: FinOps Program Lead
Location: Onsite 3 days/week – Richmond, VA
Schedule: 40 hrs/week, flexible M-F
A skilled FinOps Program Lead to drive cloud financial management across Azure environments. In this role, you’ll collaborate across IT, finance, and product teams to optimize cloud spend, improve cost visibility, and align usage with business value.
Key Responsibilities
Optimize Azure cloud costs (right-sizing, RI, savings plans)
Build forecasts & dashboards for cloud financial planning
Partner across engineering, product, and finance teams
Implement governance, reporting tools & FinOps best practices
Experience
8+ years FP&A experience, 3-4 in cloud finance
Strong knowledge of Azure, AWS, or GCP pricing
Familiarity with tools like CloudHealth, AWS Cost Explorer
FinOps mindset + analytical problem-solving skills
