VP finance is required by our global telecommunications customer.
We are looking for an experienced senior executive to hold overall responsibility for the organization’s future strategy around financial health, stability, and process streamlining.
Reporting into the CEO, you will also be overseeing IT, HR, and digital transformation.
This is a key role and will suit a forward thinking FinOps literate professional with a strong track record in a similar role in the KSA Market
Core Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Planning:
Developing long-term financial plans, growth strategies, and capital allocation models.
Risk Management:
Identifying and mitigating financial risks related to currency, interest rates, legal compliance, and economic downturns.
Operational Oversight:
Managing all financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow tracking, and accounting operations.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensuring accuracy in financial statements and maintaining compliance with standards like
GAAP
,
IFRS
, and
SEC
regulations.
Capital & Investment:
Managing capital structure, raising funds (equity/debt), and leading
Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
due diligence.
Stakeholder Relations:
Acting as the primary liaison with investors, board members, auditors, and financial institutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
An
MBA
or Master’s in Finance is highly preferred
Professional credentials such as
CPA
(Certified Public Accountant),
CFA
(Chartered Financial Analyst), or
CMA
(Certified Management Accountant) are highly valued.
10–15 years
of progressive experience in finance, including at least
5–8 years
in senior leadership roles.
Strong SAP exposure
AI implementation experience
Advanced Excel modeling, and data analytics tools.
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills are vital for influencing the C-suite and translating complex data for non-financial stakeholders.
